A Message from Our Founder
I graduated from college with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design and found my dream job as an art director with a boutique design agency based in Denver, Colorado. It was there I learned great leadership, professionalism, and a keen eye for detail.
However, all great things must come to an end and I began freelancing for other design studios. Disliking the big agency environment, I felt driven to become my own creative director. Right then and there, I started Amy Shamblen Creative.
I began making custom images for my brand and posting them to social media, marketing myself to attract my ideal clientele. What started as a freelance design agency quickly evolved into a bespoke photography studio.
Our Process
We love transparency and communication. Here is a look into our everyday workings.
1 - Discovery
First, we get to know your brand so we can get the exact results you’re looking for and reach your goals.
2 - Concepting
Next, we start brainstorming image concepts and send them your way for approval.
3 - Production
We start the production process, which includes prop sourcing and development, then we begin styling and photographing.
4 - Post-Production
Once we have finished photographing, we hand-pick the best shots and begin our unique-to-us editing process.
5 - Approval
We then send low res images for your final approval and feedback for minor edits.
6 - Final Delivery
Lastly, we send along the low and high resolution images in the dimensions you need that you are able to use throughout all your social media, website, and print needs in perpetuity.
